Do not assume an outcome. THIS is the election to vote strategically.</p><p>In places like Alberta especially, if we keep splitting the "not blue" vote 2 or 3 ways, nothing will change. </p><p>If you're an <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/NDP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NDP</span></a> (or <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/green" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>green</span></a>) voter in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Alberta" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Alberta</span></a> I desperately encourage you to avoid vote-splitting. Vote for whomever has any chance at all of defeating that "blue" candidate....please!</p>

She has zero chance of winning this seat.</p><p>If Ms Prokaska , an accomplished and respected community leader, withdrew from the race and put her support behind Bruce <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Fanjoy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fanjoy</span></a>, the Liberal candidate for the riding, the residents of <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Carleton" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Carleton</span></a> could almost certainly remove Pierre Poilievre from that seat. </p><p>Ms Prokaska could be a hero.</p><p><a href="https://mas.to/tags/BeAHeroBeth" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BeAHeroBeth</span></a> for <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Canada" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Canada</span></a></p>
