Jakob VoßI've only found out today the current <a href="https://openbiblio.social/@datacite" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@datacite</a> metadata schema (releaset December 2024) has fields for spatial coverage and temporal coverage of research data. This will be useful for <a href="https://nfdi.social/@nfdi4objects" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@nfdi4objects</a> and <a href="https://openbiblio.social/tags/nfdi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#nfdi</a> in general!

NFDIA new success story from the <a href="https://nfdi.social/tags/NFDI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#NFDI</a> network: <a href="https://nfdi.social/@Textplus" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@Textplus</a> collects research data in the humanities and cultural sciences in the Common Authority File (GND) in order to enhance undeveloped databases with authority data. ℹ️ This standardised data makes it possible to clearly assign entities such as persons, works and geographical terms, regardless of spelling.
